How to Apply for BRO GREF Recruitment 2026
1-First, candidates need to visit the BRO official website and download the application form, admit card, and official notification.
2-Candidates can apply through offline mode only. No online application form facility is available for this recruitment.
3-Application form should be printed on A4 size 75 GSM paper using single side printing only.
4-Admit card must be printed on both sides of one paper.
5-Candidates should fill the form only in English or Hindi using capital letters. fill all details correctly like Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, Address, Aadhaar Number, Mobile Number ,Qualification Details, Trade/Post Name etc.
6-Before sending the form, candidates must pay the application fee online through SBI Collect mode only. After payment, attach the e-receipt copy with the application form
7-Paste a recent passport size colour photograph which should not be older than 1 month from advertisement date. Candidates should keep at least 12 copies of the same photo for future recruitment stages.
8-Candidates must put Signature & Left hand thumb impression at the given place on both application form and admit card. Forms without these details will be rejected.

BRO GREF Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection process of Border Roads Organisation Recruitment 2026 will be completed in different stages. Final selection will mainly depend on Written Exam marks. Candidates have to go through these stages
1- Written Examination
2- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
3- Trade Test (TT)
4- Medical Examination
5- Document Verification
6- Final Joining
First of all, candidates will appear for the Written Exam. The exam will be held in both Hindi and English language. Candidates must use only blue or black ball pen. The paper may contain objective and subjective type questions. Questions will be based on the qualification and syllabus of the post/trade. Exam duration can be between 1 to 3 hours depending on the trade/post. Minimum Passing Marks for General / OBC / EWS – 50% Marks & for SC / ST – 40% Marks
Candidates must complete a 1.6 KM run within 10 minutes. PET is only qualifying in nature and its marks will not be added in final merit. Trade Test is also qualifying only. Candidates must pass PET and TT for final selection
After PET and TT, candidates will go through Medical Examination and Document Verification. Only medically fit candidates will be selected because BRO work may include difficult border and hilly areas.
